Early access · for agencies

Every client's social media, run from one place.

Lyra is the workspace agencies use to publish, reply, report and advertise across their clients' Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube — with each client connecting their own accounts.

Instagram · Facebook · TikTok · YouTube · Meta Ads · Google Ads

Official platform APIs only
Clients connect on each platform's own consent screen
We never ask for a password
Disconnect any account, any time

Four platforms times every client adds up

Today

  • A login per platform, per client, shared around the team
  • The same caption pasted four times, with four upload screens
  • DMs missed because they arrived in an app nobody had open
  • A monthly report that takes an afternoon of screenshots
  • Ad spend that surprises the client at the end of the month

With Lyra

  • Clients connect once, through the platforms' own sign-in
  • One post, sent to every account and tracked per platform
  • Every message and comment in one inbox
  • Figures for every client, already collected
  • A monthly ad limit the client sets, and that is enforced
Features

Everything an agency does, for every client

Publish & schedule

One post, every account, at the right time

Write it once and send it to each client's Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok and YouTube together — a photo, a carousel, a story, a reel or a video. Post now or schedule it in the client's own time zone.

  • Per-platform settings: captions, titles, privacy, first comment
  • Every platform's result tracked separately, with the link to the live post
  • Resumable uploads for large videos

Access it uses: Permission to publish to the Instagram account, Facebook Page, TikTok account and YouTube channel you connect.

Social inbox

Every DM and comment, one list

Direct messages and comments from all your clients' accounts arrive in one place, and your team answers them without switching apps or logins.

  • Instagram and Facebook direct messages, answered in place
  • Comments on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube: reply, hide or delete
  • Filter by client, platform, time and status

Access it uses: Permission to read and reply to the messages and comments of the accounts you connect.

Auto replies & ice breakers

The questions you answer forty times a week

Write the answer once, in the client's words. Lyra replies when a message is clearly about that topic, and leaves everything else for your team.

  • Rules per client and per account
  • Ice breakers: the suggested questions people see before they write
  • Nobody is messaged who didn't write first

Access it uses: The same messaging permission as the inbox. Replies go only to people who messaged the account first.

Analytics

The monthly report, already written

Views, reach, engagement and followers from every platform, per client and per post, over any period.

  • Every client's accounts rolled up, or one at a time
  • Per-post figures for every account
  • Figures cached, so browsing never burns platform quota

Access it uses: Read access to the insights and statistics of the accounts you connect.

Promotion

Paid and organic, side by side

Meta and Google campaigns next to the posts they support. Build a Meta campaign step by step, see what each one costs per result, and know the moment Meta rejects an ad.

  • A monthly limit the client sets: Meta enforces it itself, and on Google Lyra pauses the campaigns
  • Pause, edit budgets and schedules, or build new campaigns
  • Rules that act on cost per result, with every change logged

Access it uses: Access to the ad accounts you connect, to read results and make the changes you ask for. Billing stays with the platform.

Client portal

Your client connects, and stays in control

Each client gets one private link. They connect their own accounts through the platforms' own sign-in, see what's scheduled and how it performed, and can disconnect any account whenever they like.

  • No passwords shared with the agency, or with us
  • A link reaches one client's profile and nothing else
  • Disconnecting takes effect immediately

Access it uses: Nothing extra. The portal is where the client grants the access above, on each platform's own consent screen.

How it works

From invitation to first post in an afternoon

  1. 1

    Create your workspace

You get an invitation, create your agency's workspace and invite your team with the roles they need.

  2. 2

Add a client, send their link

Each client gets one private link. No shared logins, no passwords in chat threads.

  3. 3

    They approve on the platform

The client signs in on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google themselves, and approves access on that platform's own screen.

  4. 4

    Your team gets to work

Publish, reply, report and advertise from Lyra. The client can see it all, and disconnect any time.

Platforms

Exactly what Lyra does with each account

Only when your team asks it to, and never more than the feature needs.

On every platform, Lyra never

  • Sells data, uses it for advertising, or trains AI on it
  • Touches billing or payment methods on an ad account
Security & control

Built to be trusted with other people's accounts

Encrypted tokens

Platform access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Roles and permissions

Decide who may publish, who may answer, and who may touch ad budgets.

Isolated workspaces

Every request is scoped to one workspace; a client link reaches one client.

Stored in the EU

Servers in Germany, media in Cloudflare R2's EU jurisdiction.

Messages expire

Direct messages are deleted after 60 days and comments after 30, automatically.

Deletion on request

Disconnecting deletes tokens at once. The deletion page covers the rest.

Who it's for

Made for agencies, and only agencies

Social media agencies

Many clients, many accounts, one team. Workspaces, roles and client links are built around that.

Performance agencies

Organic posts and paid campaigns in one place, with spend limits your clients set themselves.

Freelance managers

Running a handful of clients alone? The same tools, without the enterprise price tag.

Developers

An API for everything the app does

Every workspace gets API keys and signed webhooks, so the same publishing, inbox and advertising can run from your own tools.

  • REST, JSON, one key per integration
  • Webhooks for published posts, new comments, accounts needing reconnection and ad alerts
  • Every delivery signed with HMAC-SHA256

FAQ

Questions agencies ask us

Do you need my clients' passwords?
No, never. Each client connects their own accounts through Instagram's, Facebook's, TikTok's or Google's own sign-in and consent screen. We receive an access token from the platform, not a password.
Which platforms does Lyra support?
Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok and YouTube for organic work, and Meta Ads and Google Ads for advertising. Nothing else yet.
Can anything be posted or sent without a person choosing to?
Posts go out only when somebody on your team publishes or schedules them. The one automatic action is an auto reply your team set up, and it only answers people who messaged the account first.
Who owns the ad account and the spending?
The client. Lyra connects to their ad account; payment stays with Meta or Google and never passes through us. On Meta, the client's monthly limit is written into the ad account's own spending limit, so Meta enforces it; on Google Ads, Lyra pauses the campaigns when it is reached.
How does a client disconnect, and what happens to their data?
From their portal link, from inside Lyra, or from the platform's own settings. Their access tokens are deleted immediately. The data deletion page explains every route.
Where is the data stored?
In Germany, in the European Union: the application runs on Hetzner Online GmbH servers and uploaded media is kept in Cloudflare R2's EU jurisdiction. Access tokens are encrypted at rest.
What do you do with direct messages?
Show them to your team so they can answer. They are deleted automatically after 60 days, and comments after 30. We never sell data or use it for advertising, and we don't train AI on it.
How does TikTok posting work?
You choose the privacy level and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed for each video. Lyra then publishes it directly, or sends it to the creator's TikTok drafts to finish in the app.
Is there an API?
Yes: a REST API with keys per workspace, and signed webhooks for published posts, new comments, accounts that need reconnecting and ad alerts. See the API reference.
How do I get access, and what does it cost?
Lyra is invite-only while in early access, and free during it. Request access below; we'll tell you about pricing well before anything changes, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
